Job description

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
  2. Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
  3. Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and high performance.
  4. Manage the recruitment process from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
  5. Design and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
  6. Develop and oversee talent retention programs and career development opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all departments.
  8. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  9. Promote and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  10. Develop and manage performance evaluation systems that foster continuous improvement.
  11. Identify training needs and create targeted learning and development programs.
  12. Encourage and facilitate ongoing professional development and upskilling initiatives.
  13. Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  14. Benchmark compensation practices to maintain industry-leading compensation structures.
  15. Ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals and legal requirements.
  16. Lead the implementation and optimization of HR management systems.
  17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  18. Utilize HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
  3. Experience in industries like investment, software development, mining, or consultancy is advantageous.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to manage diverse HR needs across multiple business units.
  7. Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and digital HR tools.
