- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure hiring practices are equitable, timely, and cost-effective.
- Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs.
3. Performance Management
- Manage annual performance appraisal systems.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for employee productivity and development.
- Address underperformance and lead performance improvement planning.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee issues and grievances.
- Foster a healthy, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.
- Mediate disputes and manage disciplinary actions or terminations.
5. Training & Development
- Assess training needs and develop internal learning initiatives.
- Organize employee development programs and leadership training.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processes in coordination with finance.
- Develop and manage competitive benefits and incentive programs.
- Benchmark compensation practices and adjust as needed.
7. HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company rules.
- Manage audits and maintain proper HR documentation and records.
8. HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS/HRMS) for data tracking and reporting.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.).
