  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage annual performance appraisal systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee issues and grievances.
  • Assess training needs and develop internal learning initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll processes in coordination with finance.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR systems for data tracking and reporting.

Job description

1. Strategic HR Planning
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior management on organizational structure and workforce planning.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure hiring practices are equitable, timely, and cost-effective.
  • Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs.
3. Performance Management
  • Manage annual performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for employee productivity and development.
  • Address underperformance and lead performance improvement planning.
4. Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee issues and grievances.
  • Foster a healthy, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Mediate disputes and manage disciplinary actions or terminations.
5. Training & Development
  • Assess training needs and develop internal learning initiatives.
  • Organize employee development programs and leadership training.
6. Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll processes in coordination with finance.
  • Develop and manage competitive benefits and incentive programs.
  • Benchmark compensation practices and adjust as needed.
7. HR Policy & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company rules.
  • Manage audits and maintain proper HR documentation and records.
8. HR Systems & Reporting
  • Manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS/HRMS) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.).
