A leading company in the food and beverage sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the expanding workforce and ensuring a thriving employee-centric culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the F&B industry, and will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing payroll processes, and enhancing employee engagement.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organisational development. This role is based in our Central Region office and plays a crucial part in supporting our expanding workforce and ensuring our employee-centric culture thrives.
What you'll be doing
Handle full spectrum of HR including payroll process.
Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.
Create, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.
Administer employee’s work injury related matters and employee medical insurance claims.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
Oversee the performance appraisal review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programmes
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing HR team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
