Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end HR process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance.
  • Ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Oversee employee development and training initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and address any employee grievances or concerns.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
