Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support the CHRO in driving key people initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, driving continuous learning and growth, and cultivating a high-performing and engaged workforce. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and a trusted advisor to employees across the organization ensuring alignment with the company’s values, culture, and long-term business goals.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre professionals aligned with business needs and client expectations.
  • Drive structured learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, continuous learning, and upskilling aligned with evolving client demands and market trends.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and the CHRO to align people strategies with organizational goals and client delivery demands.
  • Manage performance management processes, career frameworks, and succession planning to support employee growth and retention.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all functions, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Support workforce planning and identify critical talent gaps in partnership with HODs.
  • Oversee and enhance onboarding processes to ensure seamless and engaging experience for new hires, fostering early integration and retention.

Talent Development

  • Design and implement learning and development (L&D) initiatives to support career progression and skill-building.
  • Assist with building internal talent pipelines through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads and managers to implement effective performance improvement plans and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development needs.

Employee Engagement

  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Lead the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, drive the feedback programs with internal stakeholders, and action plans to address employee needs.
  • Organize and manage internal communication strategies, recognition programs, and engagement events.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 6 – 7 years of HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent/Learning & Development and Employee Engagement
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Resilient under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Display high level of professionalism to develop effective and productive working relationships in a team-based culture
  • Experience in HR policy development and staff onboarding programs
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., OmniHR, Workday, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
