Main Accountabilities
Case Management & Employee Relations
- Responsible for managing knowledge-intensive specialized tasks like individual cases. The work is done in a "project style" with clear goals, start, and end dates.
- Respond to HR-related queries involving:
- Benefits entitlements (e.g., maternity, paternity, childcare, milk assistance)
- Employee Self-Service Portals (link/login/password)
- Aon app/website (e.g., how to find the list of specialists)
- Grievance handling
Consult on local employment regulations
- Answer queries from line managers/Global HR/COE/HR Directors/HRBPs on topics related to Singapore, including:
- Restructuring
- Employment framework changes
- Government initiatives
- Local policies & guidelines
- Global policies & guidelines
- FC Compass & Speak-up (local trusted representative)
Support operational management for Employee Experience
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle experience (onboarding to exit)
- Pre-boarding to gather personal and payroll information (update Singapore employee listing)
- Onboard new hires in Horizon, including new position creation (follow up on email account creation after profile approval)
- Arrange HR onboarding sessions within 2 weeks of commencement, covering systems (Horizon, Self-service portal for leave & e-payslip passwords), benefits, entitlements, payroll, Way of Working in Singapore, Corporate Credit Card, POC for employee queries)
- Manage probation & confirmation processes
- Handle resignations (compute benefit balances, process resignation, update in Horizon and Singapore employee listing)
- Manage employee data (Horizon, Aon, payrolls, MXP)
- Support line managers and employees directly on relevant questions outside Global Shared Service Centre scope
HR Operations, Audits, Tax Reporting
- Perform payroll processing for two entities - FCAMEA & FCDEV (update payroll files, validate vendor reports, account for variances)
- Support internal and external audits
- Handle tax reporting for Singapore entities
- Complete government reporting as required
- Process government claims as necessary
- Manage payroll and other HR vendors in Singapore
General Administration
- Manage Singapore Credit Card processes
- Administer HR procurement vendor management (PO/PR processes)
