Job Description
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead and support HR audits, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, MOM requirements, and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws (e.g., Employment Act, FCF, WP Quotas)
- Complete CPF, levy, and insurance submissions; support audits.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and HR policies
- Coordinating training and development initiatives for the team
- Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew): BCA, ISO, GGBS, etc..
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR trends, recommending updates to policies and practices as needed
- Prepare and submit required reports to management and relevant authorities on manpower statistics, payroll summaries, and audit findings
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.

- Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking .
