• As an HR Manager, you will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions and play a key role in driving people strategies, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the organization.

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Partner with department leads on manpower planning, succession, and employee lifecycle initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and data governance regulations.
• Drive engagement efforts and well-being programs to foster a strong company culture.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and support conflict resolution where needed.
• Generate HR reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
• 5 years + of HR experience and experience leading a team.
• Cadidate with immediate or short-notice period is a plus.
