Job Description

We are an established construction company, who is participating goverment projects, looking for a dedicated and hands-on HR Executive with experience in Singapore’s construction industry. This role requires frequent site visits and a strong understanding of local employment regulations, foreign worker management, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for office and site-based roles (e.g., Safety Officers, Engineers, Technical Workers).
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and quota planning (WP/SPass) in compliance with MOM guidelines.
  • Calculate and process payroll for construction workers, including overtime, allowances, and levies.
  • Maintain certification and training records (e.g., Safety Orientation Course, CoreTrade).
  • Liaise with MOM and BCA on audits, inspections, and worksite compliance matters.
  • Provide on-site HR support at least 3 days a week: onboarding, equipment issuance, worker accommodation, etc.
  • Address labour disputes, injury claims, and ensure dormitory and worksite arrangements comply with regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and foreign worker regulations.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with site workers and Chinese stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel frequently between office and worksites (approx. 8km one way); own transport preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IHRP-CP/SRHRM certification.
  • Familiarity with BCA CoreTrade and Skills Certification Systems.
  • Experience managing foreign worker dormitories and large infrastructure project HR operations.
