Job summary

Job description

Salary: Up to $9,000
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - office hours

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and employee relations

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Manage payroll, leave, and benefits administration in coordination with vendors

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, MOM regulations, and insurance industry standards

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture

  • Support HR reporting, audits, and budget planning activities

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

  • Experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
