WORKSTONE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions, develop policies, and manage employee engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and at least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the financial services sector. Working Hours: Monday to Friday - office hours
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements
Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage payroll, leave, and benefits administration in coordination with vendors
Ensure compliance with employment laws, MOM regulations, and insurance industry standards
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Support HR reporting, audits, and budget planning activities
Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
