Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters.
- Drive organizational culture, engagement, and change management initiatives.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs and providing feedback to staff.
4. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters fairly and in line with policies.
- Foster a healthy workplace environment and positive employer-employee relations.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll processes in collaboration with Finance or payroll vendors.
- Review and update salary structures, benefits, and reward schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and oversee employee development plans and programs.
- Organize and evaluate internal or external training initiatives.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and TAFEP guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and integrity.
