- Develop, lead, drive and be responsible for the management of human resource activities of the company encompassing change management, performance and talent management, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement.
- Provide strategic and operational functional support and guidance to key players.
- Plan and develop HR strategy, policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice.
- Analyse and recommend the Company’s annual budget and work closely with management to derive the appropriate plans to maintain optimum cost, productivity, etc.
- Drive Company’s annual training program planning and ensure that employees attend mandatory training programs, department SOP training, and any other ad-hoc training programs.
- Take charge of performance management activities of employees and provide feedback to management.
- Involved in the recruitment process with management, work closely with the shared service and talent acquisition teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Contribute and lead human resource projects as necessary.
- Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Beauty/Medical industry.
- Possess Degree, Diploma or relevant.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience in the use of application tracking systems.
- Good understanding of the labour market and trends as well as local regulatory requirements such as Employment Act.
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive and resourceful individual with a great sense of initiative and high level of integrity.
- Analytical, savvy with numbers, organized, process-driven, task-focused and have an eye for details.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, growth-oriented work environment with tight timelines.
