Job description

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

This role is vital to Initia’s success. People are our most important asset, and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture are vital aspects of the HR Manager we are looking for.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing the company's HR agenda
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages
  • Creating KPI and evaluation structures for employees
  • Finding suitable government grants and securing them
  • Managing and allocating HR funds with government grants
  • Providing input on workforce planning, succession planning, and restructuring
  • Ensuring completion of projects assigned by HQ on schedule
  • Handling recruitment, including posting ads, shortlisting, and preparing employment contracts
  • Monitoring and ensuring legal compliance
  • Planning training and development programs for staff
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Managing welfare matters and organizing staff activities
  • Driving performance management, identifying talent gaps, and developing internal pipelines
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes
  • Providing HR consulting and solutions to business units daily
