Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Singapore Sales and Service Business Unit. This role will serve as an advisory to management on HR-related issues, lead HR functions effectively, and be accountable for maintaining a harmonious workplace environment and culture in a fair manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Work as a Strategic Business Partner for Business leaders of Singapore Sales and Service Business Unit in implementing HR initiatives to support business growth.
  2. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary issues, and strategic HR support to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
  3. Be involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talent development, retention, and employee relations and performance management.
  4. Drive performance management activities and propose competitive remuneration policies to foster a performance-oriented culture.
  5. Design, review, and implement HR policies, programs, practices, and provide operational support and direction to line managers.
  6. Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to plan, implement, and monitor HR projects related to employee engagement, CSR, and other initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  7. Monitor HR metrics such as hiring status, employee turnover, and training, providing monthly updates through the HR Dashboard and proactively addressing potential issues.

You are persistent in achieving objectives despite obstacles. You align work with people's goals and motivators, foster teamwork across the organization, identify the right talent to meet team needs, and ask insightful questions to analyze situations effectively.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  1. A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, with at least 8 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity within an MNC environment.
  2. The ability to influence the business and prior experience working in a matrix structure and team environment will be advantageous.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong employee service focus and proficiency.
  4. Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
