Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP-CP) highly advantageous.
At least 8 years’ progressive HR experience, including 3+ years handling Singapore HR statutory compliance; experience with Malaysia Employment Act highly preferred.
Strong experience liaising with regulatory authorities (MOM, TADM, JTKSM, EPF/SOCSO, IRAS/PCB).
Proven ability to lead HR projects impacting ≥ 500 employees or delivering measurable business outcomes.
Highly proficient with HR systems (HRIS, payroll), project management tools (Wrike), and analytics tools (Excel, BI).
