Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our Group HR team. Reporting directly to the Director, Group HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing group-wide HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director, Group HR to review, update, and align HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Lead initiatives for the standardization of organizational structures to optimize efficiency and consistency.

Drive the alignment and harmonization of employee benefits programs across the group.

Assist in the development and implementation of group-level HR strategies and frameworks.

Provide expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director, Group HR.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior HR role focusing on strategic HR initiatives.

Proven experience in HR policy development, organizational design, and benefits alignment.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
