Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and maintain HR records.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.
  • Involved in HR policy development and implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Multi Lingual
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources managerial roles
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employment regulations
  • Experience in service industries will have an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
