XREX is seeking a People Experience Manager based in Singapore to support the International Team. This is a varied role that will allow you to gain valuable insights on a variety of topics from onboarding to offboarding and all the activities during the employment lifecycle. In This Role, You Will
  • Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payments and amendments run smoothly and on time.
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and take responsibility for implementing changes, with the employee experience at the forefront of mind.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and termination process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify operational execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related experience as a Human Resources Generalist with strong experience handling mobility & immigration cases.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - we have a lot to build!
  • Experience supporting global/distributed organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and guiding employment matters in alignment with local employment laws and regulations across multiple locations in APAC (Australia, Singapore, South Korea, China, and Japan preferred).
  • Good analytical skills, data-driven, capable of deriving meaningful insights from data and basing decisions on them.
  • Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment with a focus on continuous personal and professional development.
  • Passion for operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently find answers and drive solutions.
  • Act as a key change agent to initiate, facilitate, and manage changes through effective planning, communication, and coaching.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
