Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement HR policies to support growth and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace disputes with professionalism.

  • Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring confidentiality and accurate reporting on workforce data and budgets.

  • Handle office operations, including supplies, insurance, and certifications (e.g., Bizsafe Star, ISO), ensuring smooth daily functions.

  • Organize company events and initiatives to boost morale and employee engagement.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent

  • 2–3 years of relevant Full Spectrum HR experience

  • Familiar with Info Tech systems and BCA license renewal processes is a must
