A leading company in the construction engineering sector is seeking an HR professional to develop policies and manage employee relations. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR Management and 2-3 years of full-spectrum HR experience. Familiarity with Info Tech systems and BCA license renewal is essential. The position offers a good working environment and competitive salary.

Job Scope:
Develop and implement HR policies to support growth and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Oversee recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace disputes with professionalism.
Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring confidentiality and accurate reporting on workforce data and budgets.
Handle office operations, including supplies, insurance, and certifications (e.g., Bizsafe Star, ISO), ensuring smooth daily functions.
Organize company events and initiatives to boost morale and employee engagement.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent
2–3 years of relevant Full Spectrum HR experience
Familiar with Info Tech systems and BCA license renewal processes is a must
