A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to implement essential HR programs and policies. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and people management while fostering relationships across management and employees. This role includes responsibilities in talent acquisition, employee training, and ensuring legal compliance.
· Implementing human resources programs & policies, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and health & safety programs; possessing valuable insights, keen analysis, and a team approach to implement best practices & processes.
· Expert in developing & nurturing partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees; ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees.
· Skilled in developing & maintaining effective relationships with senior management and department heads; supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR services across the business; utilizing experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to impact key areas such as change management, organizational design, and talent analytics.
· Proactive in performing strategic roles related to employee training & development; preparing the workforce for future positions within the company; implementing succession planning, internal promotion policies, and performance evaluation; imparting training, motivating employees, and improving employee retention.
· Must have excellent communication & people management skills. Exceptionally well-organized with a track record demonstrating self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal & corporate goals.
