Job Responsibilities
· Manage all HR functions such as hiring, payroll, employee relations, training, and performance reviews.
· Work closely with managers to plan staffing needs and develop talent.
· Ensure HR policies follow local laws and regulations.
· Support employee engagement and wellness activities.
· Handle employee issues and disciplinary cases fairly.
· Prepare HR reports to help with business decisions.
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
· In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and industrial relations practices.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with HR systems such as Timesoft would be an added advantage.
