Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Manager who will spearhead human resource strategies and oversee all HR functions to build a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR, particularly in the public healthcare industry, and a strong track record in leadership and change management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years in a management position.
  • 15 years’ total relevant experience in HR.
  • Prior experience in public healthcare preferred.

  • Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition and development.
  • Manage HR functions for all company staff.

Job description

Location: Central

Working Hours:Mon to Fri, office hours

Job Description:

  • Direct the development and implementation of human resource strategies to build a motivated, engaged and high performing workforce.

  • Oversee all human resource functions, including manpower resourcing and planning, talent acquisition and development, employee and industrial relations, talent management and succession planning, leadership development, organisational design, staff retention, rewards and performance management, as well as change management.

  • The scope will also extend to the planning and implementation of workforce build-up, deployment and nesting.

  • Additionally, you will manage all HR functions for company-employed staff.

  • Have close collaboration with heads of departments, Company Planning Committee leads, institution heads, and other stakeholders to provide HR support that enables integrated, quality patient care across institutions

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in HR

  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience, with minimum 10 years’ experience in a management position

  • Prior work experience in the public healthcare industry will be an advantage

  • Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels and the ability to work with all levels of staff

  • Proven track record in leadership, communications and change management

  • Singaporeans only.
