A leading company in recruitment services is looking for a professional to manage the recruitment and training program. The role involves overseeing the onboarding process, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with teams to foster an inclusive environment. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and a background in program management or training coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment and onboarding process
Provide guidance and support to throughout the training program, addressing any concerns and facilitating their professional development.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to senior management.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management, talent development, or training coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
