Job Details:
Job Duration: Immediate - 6 months
Working hours: Mon- Thurs: 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.15pm
Location: West
: up to $4000*(based on qualification and experience)

Job Scope:
-Oversee the end-to-end administration and logistical coordination of talent development programs.
- Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as program participants, training facilitators, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of all program components.
- Manage procurement processes for service providers and program materials.
- Track and monitor program budgets and expenditures.
- Process invoices and payments for service providers.
- Collate, analyse, and report on program feedback, recommending areas for improvement.
- Attend to enquiries and provide advice on program and initiatives related to the Talent Management function.

Requirements:
Min. Degree
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resource functions, preferably with prior involvement in training and talent program administration.
Experience in managing talent assessment tools, psychometric assessments, assessment centres, or coaching sessions will be an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
