Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the construction sector and the ability to oversee both strategic and operational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all HR-related matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Manage full-cycle payroll for management-level employees.
Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 junior HR staff, providing guidance and development support.
Ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and employment laws, particularly for foreign workforce management.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategies to support business growth.
Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and quota management for approximately 150 foreign workers.
Support HR needs for a growing team of 50+ office and operational staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the construction industry is a must.
Proven experience in managing a team and handling strategic HR matters.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
Experience handling foreign worker matters and management payroll.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
