Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of toptalent. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates inthe competitive gaming industry. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employeerelations strategies. Address and resolve workplace issues promptly, promoting open communicationand a healthy work culture. Performance Management Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performancereviews, and development plans. Implement strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees. Rewards & Recognition: Keeping a track of teams performance and efficiency as per the performancematrix and appreciating them with the respective titles/monetaryrewards/vouchers and others. Design comprehensive rewards and recognition programs that encompass varioustypes of recognition, such as employee of the month, team recognition, spotrecognition, and years of service awards. Learning and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employeeskills and capabilities. Identify opportunities for continuous learning and career development within thegaming industry. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefitsprograms. Ensure alignment with industry standards and the company's overallcompensation philosophy. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legalrequirements and industry standards. Stay updated on labour laws and regulations affecting the gaming industry. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, andretention. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improveemployee experience. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within theworkplace. Implement strategies to create a culture of belonging and equal opportunity. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to measure and analyze key HR metrics. Provide regular reports to the leadership team on HR performance and trends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably within the gaming or technology industry. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships across all levels of theorganisation. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation andmanagement. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of its unique HR challenges.Preferred Skills: Experience in a rapidly growing or startup environment.
