A leading HR agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR roles and demonstrate strong capabilities in employee engagement and regulation oversight. This role involves maintaining accurate HR records and supporting various administrative tasks within the department, making it integral to organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave/claims handling.
Oversee work pass matters, CPF submissions, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports for audits and reviews.
Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and assist in grievance handling.
Coordinate procurement, inventory, insurance renewals, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role
