Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: AMK

Responsibilities:

• Support business operations by improving HR processes and systems
• Manage payroll for the Singapore office
• Plan and carry out hiring strategies, including recruitment and onboarding
• Create training plans, run staff training, and support employee development and promotions
• Implement performance reviews to encourage growth and align with company goals
• Oversee compensation and benefits, and respond to employee queries
• Maintain good employee relations and ensure a positive, compliant work environment
• Keep employee records up to date and prepare reports for HR analysis
• Review and update HR policies to stay compliant with local laws

Requirements:

• Min diploma with over 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
