Duration: June 2025 - January 2026
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours
Salary: $4,500 - $5,500
Location: Gul way

Job Scope:

  1. Support in recruitment process, including interviews and selection.
  2. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. First point of contact for employee queries.
  4. Provide guidance on industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and disciplinary matters.
  5. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  6. Compile, analyze, and report HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
  7. Provide support for year-end activities, including performance appraisals, merit reviews, and bonus processing, as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or Human Resource Management.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or business partner roles.
  3. Experience in a plant or manufacturing setting, with a good understanding of its dynamics and challenges, along with handling foreign employees.
  4. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  5. Ability to handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
