A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and an organized approach are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act, PDPA).
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data entry, and prepare HR reports as required.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and workplace policies.
Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
Support payroll administration and liaise with finance/payroll vendors when needed.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
To cover staff on maternity when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR generalist experience
Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems
