Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act, PDPA).

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data entry, and prepare HR reports as required.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and workplace policies.

  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.

  • Support payroll administration and liaise with finance/payroll vendors when needed.

  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • To cover staff on maternity when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience

  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems
