Tools
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act, PDPA).
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data entry, and prepare HR reports as required.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and workplace policies.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Support payroll administration and liaise with finance/payroll vendors when needed.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- To cover staff on maternity when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR generalist experience
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems
