A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance processes. This role offers a 5-day work week with flexible hours and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and proficiency in HR software.

Working Day: 5 day work week
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Flexible Hours)
Salary: $4,000-$4,500 (Depends on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process for operations and corporate roles.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other pre-hiring documents.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
Driveengagement initiativessuch as team bonding, wellness activities, and rewards programs.
Support performance appraisal exercises and facilitate career development discussions.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to enhance employee retention.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Ensure accurate payroll processing by tracking attendance, overtime, and leave records
Work with payroll vendors for timely salary disbursements and statutory compliance (CPF, tax submissions, etc.).
Administer employee benefits such as insurance, leave policies, and claims.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and updateHR systems and employee records.
Ensurecompliance with Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, and workplace policies.
Assist intraining coordination(SkillsFuture grants, employee development programs).
5. Supporting Business Growth
Collaborate with managers toalign HR strategies with business needs
Proactively refine HR policies and practices tosupport operational efficiency.
Requirement:
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
Proficient in HR systems (HRMS, payroll software, or similarplatforms).
