Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an HR Generalist to oversee the employee lifecycle, manage payroll processing, and align HR policies with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in HRIS systems like SAP.

  • Administer and manage employee life cycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in monthly submissions in coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems in compliance with PDPA regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with Singapore’s employment laws (e.g., Employment Act, CPF, MOM guidelines).

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Infotech, SAP or similar platforms).
