Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead and grow the HR function for our fast-growing F&B brand. You'll play a key role in people operations, compliance, and performance, helping to build a happy, well-supported team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee full HR cycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.

- Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21, and all statutory HR compliance matters.

- Coordinate and process government grants, NS claims, and HR KPIs.

- Lead recruitment drives for key roles (e.g. kitchen team, service crew, warehouse ops).

- Organize staff engagement programs, events, and recognition campaigns.

- Maintain HR systems, headcount tracking, and personnel files.

- Lead onboarding/offboarding including exit interviews and documentation.

- Collaborate with external vendors (payroll, insurance, auditors).

- Support performance review cycles, training plans, and bonus exercises.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin.

- Min. 2 years of HR experience if in F&B / retail / hospitality is a big plus.

- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws and payroll processes.

- Comfortable with HR software

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric.

- Able to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Salary range from $2300 - 3500
