HR Generalist (Entry-Level)

Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in HR? We're looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our restaurant team! You'll support the full spectrum of HR activities – from hiring and onboarding to events and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment and onboarding across outlets (e.g. sourcing, interviews, orientation).
2. Coordinate staff events, engagement activities, and HR communications.
3. Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation (contracts, letters, claims).
4. Process work passes and support government claims/grants (e.g. NS, maternity).
5. Help with employee's KPI, performance review coordination, and training logistics.
6. Assist with payroll preparation, CPF, and leave tracking.
7. Take part in HR projects and support best practices implementation.

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma in HR or related field.
2. Passionate about the F&B or hospitality industry.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
5. Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act is a plus.
6. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team.

* Salary range from $2300 - 3500
