HR Generalist (1 year/North) - MANUFACTURING MNC/Entry Level #HAO
Salary: up to $3400
Duration: 1-year contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Job Description:
- Learning and Development Support: Responsible for internal and external training administration and records in Kemin's system; liaising with vendors on training details.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in activities and projects such as recreation activities and year-end dinner; manage job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and onboarding processes.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations, document collection, onboarding activation, staff announcements, and orientation sessions.
- Payroll Administration: Furnish payroll inputs to outsourced vendors and verify payroll details.
- Employment Termination: Prepare resignation acceptance, exit checklist, coordinate exit interviews, and update relevant systems.
- HRIS Management: Manage HRIS systems, physical personnel files, and related administrative tasks.
- HR Administration: Support process invoice payments and other administrative duties.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits.
- Meetings & Vendor Management: Organize quarterly staff meetings and oversee vendor services like transportation, vending, and catering.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum degree in Human Resources or related field with relevant internship experience.
