Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their international team based in Singapore. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Generalist, your role will be diverse and integral to the smooth running of the organisation. You will liaise closely with the payroll team, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and punctually. Your input will be crucial in process improvement discussions, where you'll have the opportunity to implement changes that enhance the employee experience. You'll oversee the entire recruitment process, identifying ways to streamline operations along the way. Your expertise will be relied upon for interpreting and guiding employment matters in accordance with local laws across various APAC locations. A key part of your role will involve driving solutions autonomously and managing change effectively.

  • Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payments and amendments run smoothly and on time.
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and take responsibility for implementing changes.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and termination process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify operational execution.
  • Interpret and guide employment matters in alignment with local employment laws and regulations across multiple locations across APAC.
  • Drive solutions autonomously.
  • Initiate, facilitate, and manage changes through effective planning, communication, and coaching.

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience as a Human Resources Generalist with strong experience handling mobility & immigration cases.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in supporting global/distributed organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and guiding employment matters in alignment with local employment laws and regulations across multiple locations across APAC.
  • Good Analytical skills, Data-and metrics-driven.
  • Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment.
  • Passion for operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements.
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive solutions autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is required due to geographical remit
