A leading financial firm that leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver liquidity to global markets and provide innovative, transparent trading solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team.

The Role

Based in the Singapore office, the HR Generalist will act as the primary point of contact for human resources matters across the Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong offices. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR operations, particularly in areas such as benefits, payroll, and tax compliance across the APAC region.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a global HR team and regional business leaders in a high-performance, fast-paced environment built on teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including year-end tax filings
  • Administering multi-national employee benefit plans
  • Overseeing employee records and HRIS administration (Workday)
  • Supporting onboarding, relocations, and visa processes in partnership with recruitment and office management teams

The Candidate

We’re looking for a self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and excels at juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on APAC operations
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll and APAC tax compliance
  • Familiarity with multinational benefits programs
  • Expertise in APAC employment laws and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Workday and ActivPayroll (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with the global HR team (bi-weekly minimum)
