Job description

To handle all back-office tasks including:

  1. HR Tasks
  • Responsible for company payroll, payment AWS & VB, claims, leave, benefits, CPF submissions, employee income, and HRIS maintenance (Infotech).
  • Handle all statutory government submissions and claims.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including work pass applications (if applicable).
  • Oversee applications, renewals, and suspensions of work permits, S-pass, and EP for employees, including expats and dependents.
  • Support newcomers by being a role model and buddy, facilitating their smooth integration into the company culture and people.
  • Manage retirement and resignation processes.
  • Manage the corporate LinkedIn account with vendors and post articles.
  • Organize company events (e.g., lunches or dinners on special days).
  • Lead the annual performance development process, including goal setting, reviews, ratings, calibration, and communication of results and merit increments with line managers.
  • Contribute to designing training, development, and succession plans; monitor their execution by line managers.
  • Plan the HR budget.
  • Review and amend work regulations through the approval process.
  • Renew company health insurance annually.
  • Support SEA regional activities conducted by SEA management.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as needed.
  • 2. GA Tasks

    • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
    • Manage IT-related needs, including procurement and setup of laptops and printers, and liaise with HQ IT help desk.
    • Renew company health insurance annually.
    • Handle monthly birthday vouchers and quarterly free products.
    • Maintain the fixed assets database, such as laptops.
    • Coordinate with the office reception on administrative and operational matters.
    • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
    • Procure office supplies and necessary equipment.
    • Address requests and queries from managers and colleagues.
    • Plan the GA budget.
    • Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
