Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing financial stakeholders.

Job description

  • Provide HR advisory and consultative support to internal business partners.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, payroll, and related financial aspects.
  • Analyse HR and financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's HR and financial strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and finance-related challenges.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment, with significant exposure to finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and finance regulations related to HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels and manage financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HR and financial information systems and data analysis.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant HR and finance certifications or qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with INFOTECH will be an advantage.
