Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Assistant to support our human resources and finance operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientations.
  • Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.

Finance

  • Assist in processing vendor invoices, staff claims, and reimbursements.
  • Prepare and process payment transactions, including online banking.
  • Maintain petty cash records and reconcile transactions.
  • Support filing, documentation, and record-keeping for finance-related matters.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR or finance experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
