Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing in collaboration with finance
• Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and training coordination
• Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits queries
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Organize employee engagement and wellness activities
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases

Requirements:
