Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Support the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.

• Assist in offboarding, ensuring all exit procedures are followed and collecting feedback during exit interviews.

Employee Relations Assistance:

• Provide administrative support in managing employee relations matters, assisting in resolving minor employee issues, and maintaining accurate records.

HR Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date employee records, assist in documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Assist with HR reporting, including preparing and updating HR-related reports as needed.

Training & Development Support:

• Help organize training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communicating with trainers.

• Track attendance and feedback from training programs for ongoing development.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with Singaporean and regional labor laws.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring proper documentation is filed.

Employee Engagement Support:

• Support the organization of employee engagement activities, events, and surveys to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Regional HR Support:

• Assist regional HR teams with administrative tasks and coordination for HR projects across SEAO countries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Min 2-3 years of experience in HR roles

• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures for full spectrum of HR functions

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS (Time-Soft) experience is a plus.
