Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore seeks an HR Manager to oversee various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong proficiency in local employment laws. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with MOM regulations while also supporting general administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.

Monday - Friday

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Upper Thomson

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, and payroll.
• Handle manual payroll by calculating drivers' salaries and tabulating timesheets using Excel.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Review and implement HR and admin policies.
• Organize and manage HR documents and filing systems.
• Prepare SOPs and improve HR processes.
• Submit MOM-related surveys and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle employee issues and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training needs and apply/renew site passes.
• Oversee vehicle insurance, road tax, and VPC renewals.
• Provide general admin support as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Familiar with local employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Candidates from Logistics / Construction Industry preferred.
