Job Description

1. Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Manage payroll for headcounts around 85-100.
3. Oversee renewal processes for company insurance, including Health & Safety (H&S) insurance, WICA insurance, and public liability insurance.
4. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
