Job description

  • Administer and process payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave administration, medical benefits, and claims.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
  • Support annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises, including bonus and increment computations.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide support during audits and prepare relevant C&B reports/statistics for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support coordination and logistics for internal training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiativesasassigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Min 1-2 years of HR experience
