An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance workforce capabilities. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Determine workforce learning needs
• Collect data gathered from line managers on competencies gaps
• Incorporate profiling tools into the learning needs analysis process
• Prioritise learning needs based on current and future business requirements
Co-ordinate learning programmes
• Work with business units to develop business case course content
• Update e-learning content used in internal training
• Assess external vendors' learning course content, checking for suitability to meet training needs
• Manage physical and virtual learning platforms. Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses
Support learning programmes delivery
• Communicate developed learning courses' schedule and objectives to employees
• Leverage the usage of technology in learning programmes
• Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements
• Collect evaluation scores to assess effectiveness of learning programmes
• Facilitate payments to vendors
• Audit completion of mandated learning courses, and identify lapses for enhancements
Ability/Competency Required:
• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Will be required to shuttle between the Yishun and Tuas offices.
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, with good team work and liaison skills.
• Experience of working with people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
