Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in HRM, 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, and a strong command of Microsoft Office and Power BI. What the role involves:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
- Build and maintain networks within and outside the Company to cultivate a strong passive candidate/talent pool.
- Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager to meet the hiring needs and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Execute innovative sourcing methods and recruitment activities to identify the right candidates for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with recruitment agencies/search firms, institutions and various government agencies.
- In-charge and participate in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program/activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
- Administer the Internship and Employee Referral Program.
- Administer the on-boarding process including preparation of appointment letter, contract signing, first day onboarding briefing and personal files/filing.
- Prepare Recruitment tracking, Recruitment analysis and Foreign Worker Dependency Ratio reports in Excel and PowerPoint for Management reporting.
- Support and participate in other HR initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Support ad-hoc administrative assignment where necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HRM or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in direct and in-house sourcing of candidates preferably from Logistics/Supply Chain industries
- IT Savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and Power Automate
- Excellent written and spoken communication for the role of company brand Ambassador
- Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding and employee engagement
- Resourceful and innovative on recruitment channels
- Good change management and continuous learning attitude
- Mature and positive with good interpersonal skills
