Job summary

A reputable leading construction company is seeking a skilled HR professional to lead recruitment efforts and manage manpower planning. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in HR Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse teams and address recruitment challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above.
• Experience in handling mid to high volume of recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment matters and manage manpower planning.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure compensation equity.
• Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all recruitment matters
• Work with different business unit to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget and recruitment process.
• Facilitate onboarding process
• Preparation of salary proposal and ensure compensation equity
• Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant

• At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above
• Experience in handling mid to high volume of recruitment activities
• Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
