Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to manage recruitment processes, facilitate onboarding, and develop HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of experience in executive recruitment. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Salary is up to $5,000 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above.
• Experience in managing high volume recruitment activities.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin for liaising with Chinese counterparts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all recruitment matters
• Work with different business unit to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget and recruitment process.
• Facilitate onboarding process
• Preparation of salary proposal and ensure compensation equity
• Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
• At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above
• Experience in handling mid to high volume of recruitment activities
• Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
